So the week of June 30th we headed out to go camping and get out of the heat!! Of course, getting out on time seems to be impossible when you have a child and a million things to fit into a small truck. But, we made it out and once we got to Payson and felt the cool air it was all worth it!! We camped on the back side of Bear Canyon Lake. It was so beautiful! The camp spot was meadowy and green. We saw quite a few Elk a few hundred yards from our spot and enjoyed the lake not to far away! I do think that Kenzie might be a gymnast! She loves to climb and balance on rocks and logs!! Garrett is such a great fisher!! He had the line in the water for 5 minutes and caught a fish. Within an hour we caught about 3. I caught one too and will post the picture soon!
