I have decided that Winslow, despite its hickness, has the best fireworks!! this is our second year going to winslow for the fourth. We took chairs, a bucket of chicken, fribees, baseball and gloves, and parked it on the baseball field across from the football field where they set off the fireworks. It is the best spot in the house!! We came straight to Winslow from camping and met up with friends and family! Kenzie slept for the first little while, then when the fireworks started she did not like the loud noise! She went between Garrett and I trying to find comfort! finally, about 10 minutes into it she started to half cry, half laugh, and clap when they went off, then put her head back down. By then end she was saying "boom" each time they went off. So, if you ask her what a firework does she'll say boom and do a cute hand gesture!
