Winslow Trip

In light of Brett and Laura's wedding we decided to get the family together for some fun. We brought up our kayak and brought out the Boy Scout's canoes to go up the creek. I think this was the first time in almost a year that we had all the siblings together. It was a super fun trip that completely wore everyone out! We stopped and bought Subway to pack for lunch, and then paddled up the creek. I took the kayak first but could not keep up with the canoes that had 2 or more paddling so I swapped places with Chris. We saw some cool petroglyphs and the pump house that was used to supply water to Winslow. Garrett brought his scuba masks and his spear pole he made to spear some fish! Saturday was the wedding which looked great! The ceremony was short and sweet, and they had delicious food!! Sunday, we got woken up by Gary calling to tell us to get dressed and head down to the train for a special BNSF commemorative ride. We scrambled out of the house in 15 minutes and boarded the train. That was my first time riding a train! As well as the girls and it was special to know that Grandpa was driving it! Here are the pictures from our weekend!!
