So Garrett and I were stressing about Kenzie not talking yet and come on, coming from me you would think that she would have been by now. We were also worried about her hearing and potentially developing a speech impediment, in effect from the infections. So I took her to an ear, nose, and throat doctor today and we got a great report. He said that her ears were very healthy and that tubes right now are not an option. She had her hearing tested by an audiologist and she passed with flying colors. So, that was great news. Unfortunately, because of the germs she is around she will probably get more ear infections. But, that is a road to cross later. Now we know that her hearing and ears are great. The last two weeks she has been saying a ton more. She just has no need to talk. She is spoiled and when she needs anything, we are always right there! So, we are good to go! Yeah for cute kids that make our lives so much fun!

Kari you little blogger. I am glad Kenzie is good. Morgan didn't talk until after the age of 2. Once they start they never stop!! Be careful what you wish for....

That's good news. Gracie had a problem with ear infections and I wanted so bad for her doctor to say we could do tubes because I knew it would make our lives so much easier. Luckily she outgrew the infections and we don't have to deal with that anymore. Okay, I don't know if you got my voicemail the other day. Dan gets back maybe Monday night or Tuesday morning.
