Already 18 months

Time just seems to be flying by! It feels like a couple months ago we were just getting out of the hospital and adjusting to parenthood. Now all we do is chase her around and try to keep her happy. Last night we were able to go out on a date, without Kenzie, thanks to our friends who took her for the night. What a nice break to be able to have a conversation that does not include having to get something to appease Mackenzie. We were able to relax and enjoy some time to ourselves. I can only image people who have more children, how crutial time away can be.

Kenzie is just being her cute self. Getting into everything and loving being chased and tickled. She likes to cart around her cute doll, covering it with a blanket, and giving it hugs and kisses. She even hands it to daddy to give it hugs. Its crazy how loving and maternal she is at such a young age. And Gotta love her faces!! She is so full of character and animation. Each time she gives me a face I just have to laugh. And, she is in Nursery at church. Now we are down to 1 hour of sacrament that we have to chase her around!! Woo Hoo!!

Here are some of the pictures from when grandma and I took her to the park. She wasn't as interested in the slides and swings as much as she was the sand, and animals. Loves the Frog!

Butting heads with the horse...

And staticy hair from the slide!

Now that Kenzie is getting older, do you think that she is looking more like me, or still a daddy's girl?

Who knew that some of toddlers favorite toys where cooking utinsels? Kenzie loves to get into that drawer and pull out all of the wisks, spatuals, measuring spoons/cups, and take them all over the house. Her favorite is to get the metals utinsels and bang them on the wood furniture. This picture just screams, "Take this from me mom, bring it on!"

She looks like a little GIRL in these pictures, no more baby! It would be fun to get together sometime and see Kenz & Gabs play, they would have so much fun.

I think she looks like her daddy still. Pretty cute on her.
Where did she get the variety of faces? She has been watching someone.
